Refund policy

The Crystal Brewery, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right with your order, please contact us at thecrystalbrewery@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can review your request and assist you.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Any tags, seals, or protective packaging must remain intact. Items that show signs of use, wear, alteration, damage, or improper handling may not be accepted.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used body oils, herbal teas, wellness products, personal-care products, and other consumable or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards, sale items marked as final sale, and personalized or custom products are also not eligible for return.

Because crystals and natural gemstones may naturally vary in color, shape, pattern, texture, and size, these characteristics are not considered defects. We aim to represent each product as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the natural materials and differences in screen displays.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email thecrystalbrewery@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
